LINDA C. ROODHOUSE
Of Counsel

Linda Roodhouse specializes in estate planning and advising trustees and executors in the settlement of the estate of a deceased person.

Linda advises married clients and single persons in the design of their estate plan. This includes, usually, the preparation of a revocable living trust, wills, powers of attorney, and documents required to avoid probate court when possible and reduce costs and taxes that would otherwise be due on the death of a client.

Linda also advises trustees and executors on how to properly manage trusts for living and deceased beneficiaries.

Linda was certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust and Probate Law.  She was a founding member of East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers (EBTEL) and she was a Northern California Super Lawyer from 2012 through 2018.
