Carolyn West is a retired partner of Horton, West & Bowman LLP, the predecessor to Bowman Law Group, P.C.

 

Before retiring, Carolyn was certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.  She is a past president of East Bay Trust & Estates Lawyers, and a former member of the State Bar’s Trusts & Estates Section Executive Committee (TEXCOM).
