David’s practice focuses on estate planning for clients of a vast array of backgrounds including blended families, same-sex couples, cross-border issues, and tech workers. He also advises and represents individuals in probate and trust administration matters, guiding clients through each step of the process.
David is a member of the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers, the Alameda County Bar Association, the Contra Costa County Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco's Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section, the California Lawyers Association's Trusts and Estates Section, and the American Bar Association. David has been an Issue Editor of California Trusts and Estates Quarterly, a publication of the State Bar's Trusts & Estates Section Executive Committee (TEXCOM).
